The Laboratory of Olfactory Physiology & Pathology (LOOP) is specifically interested in understanding how animals perceive the external chemical signals through the olfactory system, and how it is affected in olfactory dysfunction disorders. Meanwhile, our research aims to uncover the intricate crosstalk between the olfactory system and other neuronal and non-neuronal systems, and explore how this interaction influences animal physiology and pathology.
